Mission Application

Thank you for considering CCO Missions! Please note that we will not be sending out any acceptance until after the January 31st application deadline. Please make sure that you've chosen THREE reference. Ideally, one of those should be a CCO Staff member, but if you're not on a CCO campus, your priest or Campus Minister will be ok.

Tell us about yourself; we want to get to know you. Don't be afraid to be concise!

Dating relationships are a blessing from God and provide us with many opportunities for personal growth, they are also affected by and affect those around us. We ask the following to help us better serve you when you come on mission.

On the mission, whether ministering or just socializing, you will be seen as a representative of Catholic Christian Outreach and a person in ministry. Your life will need to be a model for others; therefore, we need to be confident that you demonstrate consistent Christian character and have the highest moral standards. These questions are not intended to be intrusive but come from our experiences with previous missions and are designed to help us gain a full understanding of you and to ensure that this mission is a fit for you. The answers that you give are held strictly confidential. A past problem in any of the following areas does not necessarily disqualify you from this mission.

Please supply contact info for three references. One contact should be a CCO staff member. However, if you are unable to provide a staff reference, a reference from your pastor will be accepted.
